The Best Systems to Work Less In Your Biz

A question I've been getting a lot is - what systems do I need in order to work less?

The answer is: all of them and none of them LOL

I know I know. It's not the answer you want to hear. But hear me out. Systems is such a personal thing and you shouldn't hop on a system/platform just because your coach/mentor/friend is using it.

You need to find out what works for you - are you more data-driven or is aesthetics more important? If that's the case, for emails, Flodesk will make more sense over Convertkit. Do you want a system that is housed under one platform - then Google Drive will be amazing for you. Otherwise, if you want the best of the best, you'll probably have a combination of Airtable, Google Drive, Thrivecart, and more.

But all in all, zapier is your frikken best friend. Seriously, saves you hours and hours of time. (Side note: With one client, we were able to save her 2 hours of onboarding per client down to 20 seconds. Yup. Twenty. Frikken. Seconds)

One of my absolute favorite zaps are Thrivecart --> Docusign (if conracts are needed) --> Airtable (to record sales) --> Kajabi/Searchie/Thinkific (to give access) --> Create task in PM tool --> Send message to Slack(whatever your communication channel is)

What are your favorite zaps?

P.S. Did you know I offer two services? One: My full-service digital marketing services which is perfect for those who are starting their multiple 6 figure journey. You know you can't do it all but it's so fucking hard to find legit people that actually promise to deliver their deliverables. Say no more. I got you covered

Two: My Fractional DOO (director of operations) & DMO (director of marketing) services for those who are set for 7 figures and above baby. Not only will you get me in your backpocket, but you will have all the systems, strategies, and access to my team for all your digital needs.
