This is a Monthly Retainer where we focus on building out what it looks like for you as an easy breezy CEO that works less than 20 hours a week. Here are the list of services that we offer to help you manage your projects, to-do lists, team, and time!



PROJECT & SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT 

  • Set and manage project expectations with all internal stakeholders
  • Define the overall scope of the project
  • Establish and manage project processes
  • Prioritize tasks of the project
  • Create and continuously update the project documentation
  • Ensure project tasks are executed and reviewed within predefined scope
  • Coordinate and track various projects through their entire lifecycle
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
  • Provide status reports to executives/owners
  • Audit of current programs, processes and systems (IE, client onboarding, program delivery, etc.) 
  • Day to day management and upkeep (and suggested improvements) of systems and processes
  • Creation and Management of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 
  • Project Management Set-Up and Overhaul (over $10,000 in value)



TEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Manage team workload and tasks
  • Organize and lead team meetings
  • Facilitate communications among all team members
  • Partner with all team members to ensure work can be completed according to demands
  • Ensure all team members are equipped with the material and/or information they need to complete their tasks
  • Team Hire and Onboarding as needed


FUNNEL AND ADS MANAGEMENT

  • Manage your funnels and ads 
  • Optimize your funnels by analyzing the data present in your opt-ins, page views, purchases, and etc. 
  • Optimize your ads by analyzing the data present in your Business Manager. 
  • Making sure that your ads and funnels are plugged into your overall marketing ecosystem to ensure a well-rounded, client experience. 
  • If you do not have funnels or ads, a set-up fee for the services may be required depending on the depth of work.

  • 90-minute strategy call at the beginning of our work together to determine monthly, quarterly, and annual goals 
  • 3 calls a month to discuss ongoing tasks and priorities 
  • Set-up/Overhaul of your current Project Management Software 
  • Audit of your current offers, team, programs, and client delivery 
  • WhatsApp access to June and her team M-Th 
  • Responses from June and her team within 24 hours

What's needed from you: 

  • Full transparency of expectations and communications
  • An open mind as the first 60-90 days are going to be the most difficult as we are starting to work with one another and figuring out each other's work speed, communication, and many other variables 

Expectations: 

  • a team member or June herself will respond within 24-48 business hours   
  • tech issues happen. That does not mean you can put the blame game on June and her team. 
  • if you cannot provide the required assets on time, we are not responsible for finishing up the deliverables in the initial promised delivered time. Timing will have to be adjusted according to the provided assets.

Do you work with Kajabi/Thrivecart/GoHighLevel/etc?

We work with every and all platforms! 

What's the typical ROI I can expect?

Not only will you see a return on your investment by saving up on team and software expenses, you will see a return in your TIME which is invaluable as the CEO. 

What's the difference between a VA and an OBM?

Great question! A VA will have to be delegated a task and be also given a SOP to follow. Whereas an OBM would help oversee your business as a whole, essentially being your right hand woman. OBMs identify the gaps between your client delivery, your operations, your marketing, and so much more and ensure that everything is running smoothly so that you can focus on doing your CEO tasks. 

What if we don’t work well together?

We have a 30 day vibe check period and a 3 month work compatibility walkaway period so you’re never “stuck” in a contract

What if I don’t use all the hours? I don’t think I have much to delegate 

You hire me on retainer meaning that you’re reserving the times that could be spent on someone else. There is no rollover. However we identify areas where we can work on to fill up those hours and discuss in our strategy sessions to prioritize our time so that not only do we fully use up the time that you put us on retainer for, we are taking A LOT off of your plate. 

What if I already have a team in place?

If you have a team in place, we will look over your current team roles and responsibilities and see how we can restructure for the maximum ROI. Furthermore, we will manage your team for you so that we can work on filling up those hours and prioritize tasks and projects in a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual manner so deadlines and expectations are always met. 

Why should we work with you over another OBM agency? 

Not only are you getting the typical administrative task management that you would expect from an OBM, you also will get funnel, ads, and systems support. The more things you have in-house, the easier it is to manage, keep track of metrics, and make changes quickly to see the fastest, most profitable results. June has helped multiple business owners set up their ads and funnels, get their ROI within the first week of launching, and create six figure sales year after year. If you do not have ads or funnels set up yet, it may require additional hours or a project set-up fee. 

I want to work with June directly.

June will be your main point of contact and her team is extremely well-trained and knowledgable in all her systems and processes. However, if you want to directly hire her as your OBM/DOO rates will start at $4500/mo.
